Belmont has spent a decade building software. He stays with the part that has to hold: a platform in production, a team that can ship it, a system that stays intelligible after the launch.
He founded Montenix, and he leads its engineering and delivery. The company designs and builds software, data, and AI for firms in the Benelux. Engineering sits in Novi Sad, inside the same working day as the clients.
He holds a master’s in Applied Computer Science and Informatics from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. He reads philosophy. One sentence has stayed with him longer than the rest.
